Workflow Automation

Replace manual steps, handoffs, and repetitive work with a simple production-ready workflow.

Package pricing

Starting at $2,500

The starting price applies to one focused, low-to-moderate complexity workflow using supported systems and standard connectors. Additional complexity is scoped before implementation begins.

What you'll have when we're done

Launch Kits work best when the core environment, access, and business owner are ready.

  • The package covers one independent, low-to-moderate complexity workflow
  • Steps, branches, exceptions, transaction volume, and supported systems are confirmed during scoping
  • Existing systems provide suitable access or standard connectors for the agreed workflow
  • The client provides a process owner, credentials, test data, and timely validation
  • Premium licensing, custom APIs, process redesign, and additional workflows are separate work

Outside this package

  • + Multiple dependent workflows
  • + Significant custom application development
  • + Complex system integrations
  • + Broad process transformation

Launch Kits are intentionally scoped.

Each engagement begins with a fit review. Before work starts, a statement of work confirms the deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fee, and acceptance approach. If discovery identifies custom development, remediation, additional integrations, or broader architecture needs, that work is separately scoped rather than added to the Launch Kit by default.

Third-party licenses, platform usage, ongoing operations, and post-launch enhancements are not included unless they are explicitly stated in the agreed scope.

Built to start small. Designed to scale.

A working foundation for what comes next.

A Launch Kit can stand on its own or become the foundation for a broader Data, AI, Automation, or managed-services engagement.
